Is there a difference between the way that tx9 and tx16 handle the DeviceContext provided by the system ?

I have a problem printing on legal size, I'm using version 15.1 of TextControl, when sending a document to legal size printer cuts the text like letter size.
This only happens with TextControl, if I save the same document as a PDF, the printing on legal size is correct.
Im using this printer: HP LaserJet Professional P 1102W.
Before printing appropriate values are selected in Page Setup as well as the values of printer paper.
This does not happen with all printers.

I have been trying to introduce an HTML snippet with a bookmark on a HTML document of a TextControl and It has been impossible for me to navigate correctly between bookmarks to introduce my HTML snippet. I have created my own html that will be loaded in the TextControl:

So, my problem is that when I try to navigate through the bookmarks and try to insert another html snippet with it's own bookmark, I am not able to do it correctly. The reason is that when I get the position of my bookmark (with the Start property) I don't get the correct position to insert the new HTML snippet.
I have noticed that in the executable you have to manage documents, it creates the same structure as the second one shown above when I try to do it with you software. Could you please tell me how to navigate and insert a code snippet correctly when having bookmarks with c# and wpf? In addition, I have to say that I don't use TextFields because I use HTML and I load directly to my TextControl object by the use of .Load(path, type).

[OPEN] Why can't I open this PDF file?
I am trying to load the attached PDF document into txTextControl. It gives no error when I loaded it but just shows 3 pages of blank content instead of the actual PDF document. You can recreate this using the demo application provided with your program.
I am using txTextControl v 17

[OPEN] Where is selected text ?
Hi;
i was testing the control for some basic operations, the selection is the only way - i guess - to get the highlighted text, however , there is something i am not understanding, when no text is highlighted , the selection is automatically set to the hole text !!
for example , a cursor is position x with no text selected will format to bold every text before ! but when i am using the controls that came with tool bar , this works fine!! what i am doing wrong ??

How I can know which version of a document after TxControl.Load?. Now I reopen the file and look for the string "generator TX_RTF32 xx" in the file, but I wonder if there is a better method, such a property of TxControl.

I wonder if there is a solution for this issue, when my document is saving as an html file the numbering is as follows:

But when I load it, it changes to:

[OPEN] Format Image with fixed position does not save

I have tried this in both my own application using Tx Text Control .Net for WPF and using the Tx Text Control Words Ribbon sample and the same thing occurs in both.
If you insert an image and save as RTF the image displays when the RTF doc is opened in WORD 2010, or previewed so no problem.
If you insert an image and then format the image and select fixed position in the layout and position tab the image does not display when opened in Word 2010, or previewed.
Version : Tx Text Control .Net for WPF V17 SP3 .
