[OPEN] How to customize the Ribbon Control for Windows Forms

We have a sample application 'TX Text Control Words Ribbon' that came with the installation. Any idea how I can customize it by adding new tabs, groups and ribbons?

All the solutions point to WPF and web based. But I want to customize for winforms.
